“Located on Brickell Avenue, in the heart of Miami, Colette reinterprets the city’s concept of luxury: a boutique building with only 38 residences. Inspired by the Parisian Colette, the project was conceived as a unique piece — architecture that weaves together pathways, courtyards, and typologies in an exclusive gesture, defined by its direct relationship with Miami’s landscape” – according to the description at OSPA’s website.
Designed by the architecture firm OSPA Arquitetura e Urbanismo, Colette has just been launched in Miami, as reported by the local real estate publication The Real Deal. The building spans 18,954.10 m² and includes 38 apartments, developed by the U.S. developer META Development.
“The planned condominium would entail two five-story buildings atop a parking podium that would be connected via a rooftop pool deck, Rasken said. Units would be a mix of three-, four- and five-bedroom condos with an average starting price of $2.5 million.”
The launch of Colette marks a new milestone for Brazilian architecture abroad, demonstrating that the excellence, versatility, and architectural solutions it offers result in functional and appealing buildings for clients across different markets.
