As part of the Eixo Platina, Almagah 227 is a mixed-use complex composed of two towers—one residential and one commercial—both clad in a ventilated façade of brown porcelain. The towers are connected by a fully glazed, two-story bridge and a glazed base. The overall volumetry is designed to both link and distinguish the volumes, allowing them to be recognized as autonomous yet integrated architectural elements.
At the base, commercial spaces wrap around the entire complex, creating a strong interface with the sidewalk and complemented by gardens and other urban amenities that promote a livelier, more diverse cityscape. The complex includes ground-floor retail, corporate office floors, and extended-stay residential units with hotel services.
