Located in the Jardins neighbourhood of São Paulo, Arte Concreta blends architecture and nature in a building that opens onto a generous green area.
The floor plan consists of two blocks rotated 45 degrees from each other, organizing and separating the private and social areas of the 340m² apartments. Each unit is integrated through a central garden, which provides both visual and spatial connection between the spaces.
The volume housing the private areas aligns with Rua Padre João Manuel, its identity marked by warm-tonedbrise-soleils. The volume containing the social areas defines the corner of the site and faces a majestic tree across the street.
The open, fluid ground floor fosters a connection between the social lobby and the surrounding urban environment.
