The project required identical rooms with private pools facing the sea, built with in-situ cast concrete and masonry due to the island’s limited material access. We proposed keeping the rooms identical but creating completely unique balconies. Using local materials, we designed covered and uncovered balconies, pools in various shapes, in-situ molded benches and loungers, planters, water spouts, and cobogós, generating volumetric diversity on the façade. The result is a building that explores elements in an unexpected way, with balconies enclosed by cobogós, lookouts, and pools designed specifically for couples. At the rear, the game room, restaurant, and access to the rooms are immersed in dense landscaping that, over time, will separate the forest area from the pool-sea area.
