Boa Vista Village, in Porto Feliz (SP), is a PSA Arquitetura project for JHSF that combines master planning with residential and mixed-use programs. Set within 2 million m² of preserved Atlantic Forest, it features low-rise buildings that ensure higher density without compromising open horizons or the bucolic character. The masterplan defines massing, zoning, and landscaping, connecting different uses and pathways. The wave pool stands out for its architectural solution integrated into the natural plateau. The Surf Lodge combines a hotel and one- to four-bedroom residences, spread across seven pavilions over a podium with common areas, restaurants, and shops. London-style bricks, matte green aluminum, and Navona travertine reinforce the project’s identity.
