Casa Brasileira pays tribute to Brazilian modern architecture with a building that appears to float 19 meters above the ground, supported by Y-shaped pillars. Located in Itaim Bibi, the project features two main volumes – a residential tower and a leisure block – separated by a tropical garden. The elevation allows privileged views from the social areas of the lower floors. With 90 meters in height and 650 m², it was tested in a wind tunnel to ensure safety and comfort. The design emphasizes the integration of materials and forms, with a London-style brick façade that reinforces its aesthetic identity while providing thermal and acoustic comfort. The entrance includes a vehicle plaza and a walkway connecting the common areas.
