Located in Itaim Bibi, Casa Leopoldo is a single-tower residential building with apartments ranging from 335 to 821 m². The entrance stands out with a wooden volume framed by stone, leading to the lobby, which features high ceilings, a stone wall, and a slatted wood ceiling. The contemporary façade incorporates a perforated metal skin inspired by the mashrabiya, filtering natural light and ventilation. The combination of natural materials — stone, wood, glass, and brick — creates a minimalist and welcoming atmosphere, while large openings provide visual connection and a sense of spaciousness to the interiors.
