JHA Corporate Boutique in Itaim Bibi (São Paulo) promotes quality of life, sustainability, and urban integration. With 8 floors and 5,546 m² of leasable area, it offers flexible floors, balconies, and floor-to-ceiling glazed façades, enhancing natural light and connection with the surroundings. The balconies create varied projections, while horizontal lines enhance the height, fit the pedestrian scale, and strengthen its relationship with public space. At ground level, V-shaped pillars, an inner garden, and an active storefront foster visual openness and interaction. The materials combine champagne aluminum, wood tones, and landscaping with native species. The project features cross ventilation, energy efficiency, and seeks LEED® Silver certification.
