Natureza Urbana was responsible for developing a planning strategy for the regulation of ecotourism in the Marine Protected Area, one of the last remaining preserved zones in the country. The plan proposes the structuring of ecotourism activities within the lagoon, ensuring sustainable development while prioritizing the connection between visitors and the natural environment. To achieve this, the project was developed through sequential stages, including territorial analysis, future visioning, use programming, carrying capacity studies, and benchmarking, which culminated in a Masterplan. This integrated approach aims to enhance the visitor experience and contribute to the establishment of a long-term legacy grouded in environmental preservation solutions.
