Located between Faria Lima and JK avenues, Union Faria Lima is a project by PSA Arquitetura for AMY that proposes a qualified and connected occupation of the city. The corporate tower rises on 10-meter pilotis and connects directly to Atílio Inocenti and Leopoldo Couto de Magalhães streets, allowing integration with the public space. With a façade of granite, champagne aluminum, and high-performance glass, the building features modules that vary in width and position, creating visual dynamism. Modeled in BIM, it incorporates sustainable solutions such as rainwater reuse, natural lighting, EV charging stations, and a bike storage area with changing rooms.
