Designed as the anchor development of Brasília’s Technology Park, WTC Biotic offers adaptable, integrated architecture, deeply connected to its surrounding landscape. Part of a masterplan by Carlo Ratti Associati, the mixed-use complex combines offices, residences, hotel, and commercial uses within a 8x8m grid. The design dissolves boundaries between building and city through a continuous plane that unfolds as floor, wall, and roof, organizing terraces, elevated pathways, and gathering areas. More than a collection of separate volumes, the elements are interwoven into an efficient network.
