AsBEA, through Built by Brazil, maintained by AsBEA-SP, concluded this Friday, March 17, 2023, its participation in MIPIM 2023.
During the three days of the fair, the entity’s representatives participated in the program promoted under the Brazil Pavilion, carried out by Apex-Brasil, focusing on attracting investments for real estate projects in Brazil, selected by AsBEA and Apex-Brasil. In addition to the Pavilion´s program promoted, which featured project pitching and the private event: ?Brazilian Real Estate Market: Investment Trends and Sustainable Projects?, AsBEA representatives visited the fair to learn about the main projects developed by the other countries and global real estate market trends.

Built by Brazil at MIPIM 2023 – Day 1
MIPIM 2023 started on March 14, 2023 with the participation of the associated firms Konigsberger Vannucchi, with a project exhibition and the presence of the representative Fabrizio Rastelli and EXP Brasil, with a project exhibited at the Brazil Pavilion. The first day of the fair was marked by the inauguration of the Brazil Pavilion, promoted by Apex-Brasil, by its investment officer, Carlos Padilha and the investor relations coordinator at the Ministry of Tourism, Renata Ramos. Part of the investment?s promotion strategy by Apex-Brasil, the Pavilion at MIPIM was conceived to attract international capital to ongoing real estate projects, showcasing 7 projects in different regions of the country. The Brazilian delegation was presented and the Built by Brazil and AsBEA representatives were able to get to know the fair, as well as the confirmation of the Brazil Pavilion program for the remaining days.
Day 2
Probably the most important day of the fair, when many registrants participated simultaneously, the second day was marked by presentations of Brazilian projects exhibited in the Pavilion to potential international investors invited by Apex-Brasil. On the occasion, Built by Brazil associated firm, Konigsberger Vannucchi, represented by his director Fabrizio Rastelli, pitched the masterplan project Beira Rio, selected through the open call made by AsBEA. Located in Joinville, the project was also presented by Fabiano Cordaro, CEO of Hacasa the project´s developer. EXP Brasil, also associated with Built by Brazil, did not have a representative at the fair, but had its project, Nascentes, selected by Apex-Brasil, showcased at the Pavilion. Located in the municipality of Beberide, Ceará, the project was pitched by the VP of AsBEA-BR, Miriam Addor. Finally, also selected through the call made by AsBEA, the Fortaleza (Ceará) Urban Ocean Front project, by Nasser Hissa Architects, associated with AsBEA-CE, was presented by its senior architect Jáder Diniz.
Day 3
On the third day of the fair, the Apex-Brasil private event was held: ?Brazilian Real Estate Market: Investment Trends and Sustainable Projects?, with the opening by Investment Officer Carlos Padilha, a speech by the investor relations coordinator of the Brazilian Ministry of Tourism, Renata Ramos and the law firm Mattos Filho. The event, exclusive for guests, had the objective of presenting the scenario and trends for investments in tourist developments in Brazil. Finally, Danilo Batista and Miriam Addor visited other stands and pavilions at the fair in countries such as Saudi Arabia, France, England, and Egypt, registering projects under development and trends in the international real estate market.

Marking a milestone in promoting the internationalization of Brazilian architectural firms, AsBEA-SP, through its Built by Brazil Program and in partnership with ApexBrasil, will carry out, between March 10 and 18, the largest international initiative in its history: “Mission Europe 2025”. With the objective of promoting actions in the three focus areas of Built by Brazil—capacity building, image promotion, and commerce—the Mission is divided into two stages: MIPIM and Portugal.
AsBEA, through the Built by Brazil Program, maintained by AsBEA-SP, established an agreement to encourage the participation of Brazilian architecture and urban planning offices in the largest fair in the global real estate market.
