On Wednesday, October 9, 2024, AsBEA-SP held the launch event for the : Brazilian Architecture and Urbanism Internationalization Guide – Brazil at Casa Guararapes, in São Paulo, produced in partnership with Apex-Brasil and supported by the business intelligence company HOW2GO Consulting.
The Guide is the only training material focused on the internationalization of architecture and urbanism firms in Brazil and offers the tools for accessing international markets with guidance from the strategic formulation stage to the technical procedures for exporting services. With an opening by the president of AsBEA-SP, Gustavo Garrido and presented by the manager of Built by Brazil, Pedro Coelho, the launch of the guide also had the participation of HOW2GO´s director Marcelo Vitali and consultant Sandra Comesaña.
Led by Pedro Coelho, the development of the Internationalization Guide met the demand of firms associated with Built by Brazil for information regarding the taxation of services and international transactions, in addition to compiling in a single training material the strategic and practical stages of exporting services and internationalizing architecture and urban planning companies in Brazil.
The launch event was also an opportunity to present complementary materials: Market Studies ? Portugal and Paraguay, which provide in-depth analysis of fundamental topics such as pricing aspects and technical attributions for carrying out projects in various segments in those countries.
The opportunity also allowed important Built by Brazil members and collaborators in the Guide´s development process to meet during the networking cocktail party offered by the event’s sponsor, Guararapes:
Fabrizio Rastelli, institutional director of AsBEA-SP and partner at Königsberguer Vannuchi, Sérgio Missyor, senior partner at MYR Soluções ESG, Renato Malki, senior partner at Malki Arquitetura, Carolina Nobre, operational manager at FGMF and Patrícia Lutz, architect and urban planner at Natureza Urbana.
