The language of the commercial building explores a simple volume that is marked by side plates covered in white glass and screen-printed, featuring a minimalism that guarantees identity to the proposed volume. Given the commercial vocation next to the sidewalks in the neighborhood, the project incorporates restaurants along Chabbad Street, thus creating a synergy with the Gardens. In this way, there is no need to close walls or railings, the stores assume the transposition between the public and the private.
The contemporary concept of mixed use, with a semi-public boulevard and shop windows along the sidewalks, guarantee vitality to the project and the neighborhood; as well as the movement of the terraces, the presence of the gardens and the noble materials bring design and elegance.
