The property is located on the slopes of Serra do Itapety, next to the park of the same name, in the municipality of Mogi das Cruzes, SP.
The 5.700.000 m² that make up the area and object of this ambitious redevelopment project were divided into two sectors: in the portions located on the slopes of the mountain, residential areas were designed with single-family lots, with approximately 450m². In the adjacent plain sector, the project envisaged an urbanization of greater density and mixed use, with the street layout designing urban blocks of approximately 10.000 m² to be subdivided into smaller lots.
