Casa Areia is conceived as an exercise in the synthesis of form, landscape, and dwelling. Set on a trapezoidal 900 m² lot with a gentle slope toward the lake, its layout both respects and amplifies the topography. Two perpendicular volumes structure the project: a ground floor that molds itself to the terrain, and an upper one that floats above, articulating solids, voids, and framed views. The pool extends as a continuous gesture toward the water, reinforcing the fusion between built space and nature. Northern light, captured through motorized sheds, and cross ventilation enhance the ambience. Materials such as WPC and glass engage with the surroundings, expressing an architecture of serene presence—formally rigorous, yet sensorially welcoming.
