Mature, sculptural trees and the site’s slope define the layout of this 14,000 m² plot in Fazenda Boa Vista, São Paulo. The extensive program spreads across the site, embracing the vegetation and creating varied paths and landscapes. Straight lines outline a central patio and, shaped by the slope, become stone walls that reveal the topography and support pavilions. These walls extend into the main building, organizing spaces alongside exposed concrete planes. Wood appears as a broad roof, separated from stone and concrete by gaps. In addition to scattered pavilions, an orthogonal upper block with bedrooms rests atop the base, cantilevering over the courtyard. Patios of different scales integrate art and nature, reflecting the clients’ appreciation for Brazilian art.
