Among three plots considered, the corner lot with good sunlight and a slight slope inspired the design. A single-story perimeter layout in a “U” shape creates a sunken courtyard, ensuring privacy and visual integration. A slender, inclined slab blends with the terrain, forming an extensive green roof under which the linear program unfolds. Different materials define zones: glass in social areas, wood for guest quarters, and ventilated cladding for service areas. Only the master suite occupies the upper floor, with large openings. The site impact is minimal, seen from above, only garden, pool, court, and solar panels are visible. The green roof and cross ventilation ensure thermal comfort. The minimalist interior complements the home, balancing leisure and versatility.
