Located on the Costa Brava, about 100 km from Barcelona, Saint Feliu de Guíxols is the setting for this new project. On a sloping plot overlooking the Mediterranean, the house was designed with a horizontal layout, formed by two main volumes connected by wooden panels. Harmony with the surroundings guided the use of white concrete, sober forms, and large cantilevered overhangs. The volumes, with green roofs, house the social area and suites, all facing south to enjoy the sea view and optimal sunlight. The minimalist interior highlights natural wood furniture by Brazilian designers. The landscaping, with native species, frames the house for those viewing it from the sea, while the green roof helps it blend into the streetside facade and contributes to its environmental integration.
