Mashiach Now Square, located in a strategic area near the Portuguesa-Tietê Metro Station and spanning approximately 10,000 m², was revitalized in 2024 as part of the Parque Cidade Center Norte project. The proposal integrates human-scale urban strategies, with a focus on accessibility, safety, and connection to the landscape, and was developed through dialogue with the local community. Inspired by the rivers that once shaped the region’s original landscape, the organic design preserves existing vegetation and incorporates new native species. Featuring urban furniture, a skatepark, mini sports court, outdoor gym, and seating areas, the square encourages leisure, sports, and contemplation, becoming a safe and inclusive space for the local community.
