The lotus flower inspires the project’s elegant, harmonious lines, naming the development and redefining how people and buildings interact in the planned micro-urban space. An island on an artificial lake holds the shared areas, from which curved slabs, walkways, and petal-shaped volumes emerge, reflected on the water. At the entrance, the exposed concrete gate resembles a half-petal. Soft curves lead to party halls, leisure areas, and a heated infinity pool. Niemeyer’s Casa do Baile is a modernist reference for open spaces and integration with nature. From the island, the lots are arranged to promote walkability and connection. The project enhances tranquility, beauty, and functionality, always surrounded by water and nature.
