Inspired by the garden-like Três Figueiras neighborhood, Condomínio Três redefines living by uniting architecture, nature, and exclusivity. Designed by Stemmer Rodrigues, the development embraces its wooded surroundings: 80% of the 7,255 m² site is dedicated to regenerative landscaping with native species, restoring the original ecosystem. Following biophilic principles, wide openings and façades that balance presence and transparency create deep integration between indoors and outdoors. Inspired by the harmony of the number three, the project is a livable work of art—combining generous spaces, maximum privacy, and a privileged location. Lots arranged around a central green space foster walkability, connection, and a refined urban experience.
