Adolfo Stern and Olavo Nunes streets form the iconic “caracol” curve of Bela Vista. Their lines inspired the fluid façade of Vista, in harmony with the city. The shared area was elevated to the fourth floor to reveal the panorama. The traditional party room gives way to the Foyer Vista, designed by Ingrid Stemmer, as an extension of home. The architecture is conscious and timeless, built with honest materials like concrete, aluminum, and lush greenery. On the leisure floor, Susana Nedel’s landscape design brings full connection to nature: feet on the grass, outdoor grill, natural rocks, and a personal retreat. Inside, wide windows blur boundaries. A 60 m² open-plan social area connects living, dining, and kitchen in a contemporary way of living.
