The Fasano complex is located at Rua Pedroso Alvarenga and is the hotel chain’s first mixed-use development. The complex has an office building, residential buildings and a lot of commercial activity at ground level, promoting a lot of vitality.
The project has two buildings, a 37-story residential building that overlooks the gardens and is located at the back of the land. Next to Pedroso Alvarenga we have the Hotel Fasano in a lower volume that contrasts with the top creating an interesting volumetric composition and integrated with the surroundings.
The hotel appropriates the small side street, with a 5m wide sidewalk, and further back, to expose bars and restaurants linked to its brand, which will bring the life of the Avenue to this boulevard.
