The implantation of four buildings, embracing a large private square of 1.000 m2 ensures that neither building obstructs the view of the other. Two other buildings are located at the end of the lot, set back 10 meters from Rua Nova York, allowing the creation of another semi-public square. The language of the buildings is defined by straight lines and “boxes” that frame the apartments, at different heights.
The insertion of a supermarket integrated into the hall of the buildings, next to Rua Nova York and the semi-public square, contributes to the neighborhood’s greater vitality.
