Capivari Park represents the main distinguishing feature of the Capivari neighborhood, serving as a central meeting point to Campos do Jordão. The project aims to enhance the site as a significant public facility capable of fostering the transformation and revitalization of the area. One of its key strategies is to introduce new attractions tailored to varied visitor profiles, while also renewing the commercial offerings through the incorporation of innovative concepts and products that highlight the region. The design approach was guided by the premise of opening the central area of the park to function as a space for gatherings, events, and contemplation. New uses are implemented along the periphery of this area, integrated into the topography and shaping a new architectural frontage.
