The design of the project since its implementation seeks integration with the city. The buildings are arranged on the terrain’s diagonals, in order to create a central square and three adjacent squares next to public roads, thus delimiting semi-public spaces, all open to the city, without railings. The complex has its own electricity cogeneration system, capable of supplying 100% of the load uninterruptedly.
Rochaverá Corporate Towers was the first building in South America to obtain the LEED Gold certification given by the USGBC.
