With this, in addition to guaranteeing the institutional representation of AsBEA at MIPIM, we will continue to support Brazilian firms that are interested in participating in the fair and the MIPIM Awards, one of the most prestigious international architecture and urbanism awards.
The MIPIM Awards reaches its 2024 edition dedicated to rewarding projects committed to sustainability and ESG principles:
From exemplary buildings in real estate’s chief asset classes, to mixed-use and urban regeneration schemes that rewrite the rule book, the winners of the MIPIM Awards 2024 will all have one thing in common: a holistic commitment to sustainability. The jury this year will focus on projects that seek to enhance the built environment?s prospects, in line with ESG goals.
From a consideration of construction and operational carbon, to climate and life cycle concerns, prizes will go chiefly to projects that best serve their end-users and wider communities while making a contribution to the economy.

Marking a milestone in promoting the internationalization of Brazilian architectural firms, AsBEA-SP, through its Built by Brazil Program and in partnership with ApexBrasil, will carry out, between March 10 and 18, the largest international initiative in its history: “Mission Europe 2025”. With the objective of promoting actions in the three focus areas of Built by Brazil—capacity building, image promotion, and commerce—the Mission is divided into two stages: MIPIM and Portugal.
AsBEA, through the Built by Brazil Program, maintained by AsBEA-SP, established an agreement to encourage the participation of Brazilian architecture and urban planning offices in the largest fair in the global real estate market.
